TERMA DAN SYARAT

1.  Caj sewaan adalah mengikut tempoh 24 jam. 
2. Sekuriti deposit RM300 Malaysian/ RM500 Non-Malaysian (Di pulangkan dalam masa 7 hari berkerja)
3. Pembayaran hanya di terima melalui tunai atau pemindahan bank segera. 
4. Semua kenderaan Malaysia dilarang memandu keluar MALAYSIA.
5. Penyewa dikehendaki untuk “check” luar dan dalam kereta terlebih dahulu sebelum menerima kunci kereta.
6. Penyewa hendaklah memulangkan kereta yang disewa tepat pada waktu mengikut waktu hari pertama penyewa menyewa kereta tersebut. Sekiranya penyewa gagal untuk memulangkan kereta tepat pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan dalam perjanjian, penyewa akan dicaj RM15.00/ jam sehingga kereta dipulangkan. 
7. Sebelum memulangkan kereta, pastikan tiada barang yang tertinggal didalam kereta. 
8. Semasa kereta dipulangkan, kereta yang disewa hendaklah berada dalam keadaan yang sama sewaktu masa mula mula kami serahkan kereta kepada penyewa. Jika tidak, penyewa akan bertanggungjawab ke atas segala kos membaik pulih kereta itu kepada keadaan asal. 
9. Penyewa adalah dilarang sama sekali untuk menggunakan kenderaan ini dalam segala jenis aktiviti jenayah.
10. Sekiranya penyewa bercadang untuk melanjutkan tempoh sewaan, penyewa hendaklah memaklumkan kepada kami sekurang-kurangnya 5 jam sebelum tempoh sewaan tamat, dan bayaran harus dibuat serta merta.
11. Penyewa pertama tidak boleh memberikan kereta kami kepada orang ketiga atas tujuan sambung sewa. Sekiranya penyewa berniat untuk memberi kereta kami kepada orang lain untuk sambung sewa, penyewa perlu memaklumkan kami sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum tempoh sewaan tamat, ini kerana kami memerlukan dokumen penyewa ketiga yang hendak sambung sewaan tersebut. 
12. Adalah tanggungjawab penyewa untuk membayar semua jenis kompoun. 
13. Kami berhak untuk mengambil balik kereta kami sekiranya penyewa enggan dalam membuat bayaran dalam tempoh yang diberikan atau gagal untuk dihubungi dalam tempoh yang diberikan. 
14. Insuran: kerosakan bawah RM3000 TIDAK LAYAK untuk klaim insuran, pelanggan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya. kerosakan atas RM3000 insuran LAYAK untuk di klaim. NAMUN pelanggan perlu membayar berapa hari kereta tersadai dalam bengkel mengikut kadar SEWA HARIAN
15. Tiada INSURAN HAYAT PERIBADI disediakan

1. Rate specified for minimum 24 hour rental. 
2. Security deposit RM300 Malaysian/ RM500 Non-Malaysian (Refundable within 7 days working day)
3. The payment receives only by cash or online bank transfer (INSTANT)
4. All Malaysia vehicles are strictly prohibited to drive outside MALAYSIA. 
5. Before receive the car key, tenant must check full inside and outside the car. 
6. Tenant must return the rented car on time, if tenant fails to return the car, we will charge RM15 per hour for the next extra hour.
7. Before returning the car, tenant must check the whole car and make sure there is no tenant belongings left inside the car, if there is, we only give time 3 days to tenant to contact us and take their belongings back, if not, we are not responsible for anything after that.
8. Upon returning, the car has to be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Failing which, the rental will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle to its original condition.
9. Vehicles shall not be used for any kind of criminal activity or errors of law in Malaysia 
10. TENANT is fully responsible in the event of misuse of these vehicles are involved in all kinds of criminal activities or errors of law in Malaysia
11. If tenant wish to extend the rental period, tenant should inform us 5 hour before the rental finish. And payment should be made immediately. 
12. We are not allow tenant give our car to the third person for reason “CONTINUE RENTAL” if the tenant wish to give our car to the third tenant, first tenant should inform us minimum 24 hour before the rental period finish, this is because we need the document from the new tenant.
13. It is the responsibility of the TENANT to pay all summonses, fines or compounds during the rental period as above. 
14. We have right to take back our car if the tenant is refuse not to pay after the time given or we cannot able to reach the tenant after time given.
15. Insurance: damage cost below RM3000 is NOT VALID to claim insurance, customer must fully responsible. damage cost above RM3000 VALID to claim insurance BUT how many days car stop in the workshop, customer need to pay the cost based on daily rental rate.
    
16. No PERSONAL LIFE INSURANCE provided.
